  1. Found the answer. If HTML body has lines of more than 998 (I think) characters, Outlook will just arbitrarily insert a break. Thus adding a random space. Other email services (e.g. Gmail) do the same, but they have the sense to break the line on an existing space... @sebduggan/1243493403670740997
