Not sure I understand the business model, but the £3/month I’ve paid over 4 years to insure my fridge has paid off, as it’s apparently unrepairable and is being replaced with a brand new one that costs more than twice the original, and nearly 8x what I’ve paid in cover 🤷‍♂️
